Shipping & Payment

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the European Union. Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, in which case you will receive separate tracking numbers.

 

  • Tracking: You will always receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Address changes: If you entered the wrong address, please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@goodtoblue.eu. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

  • Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to find a solution — either a refund or a replacement product.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Processed securely via Stripe.

  • PayPal: Payments are processed directly via PayPal. See PayPal Terms & Conditions and PayPal Privacy Policy.

  • Apple Pay: You can pay with Apple Pay during the checkout process. Payments are securely processed via Mollie. To complete the payment, you must confirm it using the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device by following the verification steps.   • Google Pay: You can pay with Google Pay during the checkout process. Payments are securely processed via Mollie. To complete the payment, you must confirm it using the “Google Pay” app on a supported device by following the verification steps.   • Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna: Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the provision of the service. Installment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.
