Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the European Union. Standard shipping takes about 3–5 business days. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, in which case you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Tracking: You will always receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Address changes: If you entered the wrong address, please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@goodtoblue.eu. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to find a solution — either a refund or a replacement product.
